I took my retired parents out for lunch. (In their 80s) The stools “not chairs” were very uncomfortable. However there are tables that have chairs to sit at. We were not offered those. The food took a while to come. We ordered 2x bacalhau and 2 x bife da casa We received the bife and 1 bacalhau. We were waiting to start to eat together. My mum was still waiting after 10 minutes I asked where her meal was. There was a misunderstanding and the waiter thought it was just one plate of bacalhau. We also asked for more bread and did not get any. We can understand this can happen. However the bill had both bacalhau orders ! The dessert was chocolate mousse This was very very sweet and I could not finish it. Resuming food was ok, expensive for what you get. Service slow and poor. I have been here 3 times before the young waitress was helpful but the man did not apologise for messing up order and overcharging. The staff was nice and the space had a charming decor.
