Os Produtos de pastelaria são muito bons. Contudo, a nota muito negativa vai para o serviço. Péssimo. Péssimo. Não se compreende que as 8 (ou mais) funcionárias não façam serviço à mesa. O ambiente fica insuportável, porque os clientes se acumulam junto das vitrines/ balcão, para fazer os mais variados pedidos (seja para consumir no local ou levar para fora) levando, por exemplo, a que as pessoas com mobilidade reduzida tenham mais dificuldade em sentar -se, outras não vejam os produtos expostos, já que o espaço livre entre mesas dentro da pastelaria é muito exíguo e os clientes tapam a vitrine/ balcão de exposição dos produtos ao acumularem - se à sua frente para fazer os pedidos. As mesas estão sujas, porque as funcionárias estão todas focadas nos pedidos ao balcão e os tabuleiros onde transportam os produtos à mesa ou são colocados no chão pelos clientes que se seguem ou são estes mesmos clientes que lhes cabe fazer o favor de levar o tabuleiro de terceiros ao local de recolha.
