A decent little back street restaurant in Lagoa that gets very busy with locals in the late evening. Food is decent, if not mind blowing, and prices are reasonable. My lamb chops were very good as was the salmon and pepper steak, but they come with a basic salad and a slightly underwhelming amount of fries.
