A decent little back street restaurant in Lagoa that gets very busy with locals in the late evening. Food is decent, if not mind blowing, and prices are reasonable. My lamb chops were very good as was the salmon and pepper steak, but they come with a basic salad and a slightly underwhelming amount of fries. We arrived on recommendation from a Portuguese cafe owner but we were quarter of an hour early and they had just opened doors. They would not let us sit in doors at an already set up table and it was very warm outside. An above-average Portuguese restaurant in terms of food quality. However, pricing is on the higher side for Lagoa — it feels more like Carvoeiro pricing.
