Visited Donatos in 2013 and 2014 on our last trip to Portugal when it was located on Sesmarias. Staying at Vale de Lapa and Vale de Oliveras Friends told us that they had moved location so made a point of making a visit on this holiday. Food was fantastic, service exceptional, cost very reasonable. When we mentioned our friends had recommended a visit we were presented with a bottle of Port. What a fantastic restaurant. Lovely Welcome when you enter, staff speak English as well. Inside is Lovely and clean. Ideal for friends, family or even for a romantic meal for 2. Food was beautiful, full of flavour. Best pizza and best pizza garlic bread with cheese we have ever had in portugal. House red wine was also very nice. Good price as well.
