La Piazzetta Pizzeria Italiana — Restaurant in Lagos

Nice cosy Italian Pizzeria. The pizza menu has the classic choice of pizzas from Margherita to Quattro Formaggi plus a whole column of newer versions of pizzas with local Portuguese influence and probably also the influence of the Pizza Chef of the restaurant.

You can also custom make your own pizza. I ordered a Quattro Formaggi and asked to add aubergine slices. The pizza was very tasty and it was also served sliced.

La Piazzetta is surprisingly very centrally located in the main square of Odiáxere, just in the crossing spot of 2 referential axis: the Lagos/Portimão with the Meia-Praia (Palmares)/Bravura Dam one. Very few words can qualify fairly the superior quality of a rare genuine variety of original Italian Pizzas and salads, artistically composed by Simone and served by Lisa: simply an unforgivable opportunity not to be missed, even urgent to visit, taste and enjoy. Amazing pizzas. Great staff. The pizza here is the best in the algarve with delicious fresh ingeredients and the tiramisù is to die for. Also minimisù portions available that go great with a coffee if you feel like a little treat. I have enjoyed the pizzas so much here that i ate 3 pizzas on my own, in one sitting!!
