I seriously just finished the best prepared fish dinner I have ever had. One of the Catch of the Day choices was a "Blue Mouth Rockfish," which is what I chose. It came as a whole fish. I ate the entire fish minus the bones of course. You have to eat most of the fish with your hands which is not only acceptable, but expected.
