Nostra Pizza — Restaurant in Lisbon

First time in this restaurant as members of the family recommend it.

It is a small place but overall every little space is well used (can get very hot inside). Staff is very friendly and always ready to help.

The menu is clear and good amount of options. The service was quick and very good 👍🏽. The quality of the food was very good (to be honest). I’m very impressed of the quality you get, perhaps a little bit overpriced for what you get (size wise) but nothing crazy. Drinks are okay.

Overall a good place if you’re looking for a good pizza.

Nothing special, actually. Let's start with the pizza: cooked badly (undercooked), the base too soft and the center too thin. The dough is too small probably. The sausage on it was undercooked as well (other ingredients quality was mediocre too)... you have a wood-burning oven, make it work! Real pizza is a different thing guys, go to Italy or just learn from a real "pizzaiolo" what makes the difference. The pinsa was a little better, but we are far from the quality I would expect from a pizzeria of your supposed caliber. Service: the table has no placemat, the staff speak loudly in front of you while you eat.. bad value for the money you ask. Advise: Hire real non-amateur, not-random...

Not your typical mainstream pizza restaurant! This is your high end, quality suppliers, fresh ingredients, quality cooking and engaging staff alternative.
