Oakberry Açaí Lisboa - Telheiras — Local services in Lisbon

I ordered the “works” açaí with blueberries. Blueberries are an extra charge of ,50€. They put 5 blueberries on the top. Yes only 5!! Nothing like the picture that the owner posted here. Very overpriced and inaccurate.

Also I used to eat a lot of pure açaí without any added sugar or guaraná in Brasil. Oakberry says they don’t add guaraná but they definitely add something to make it extra sweet. I’m curious. Because it’s basically converted into glucose in the body and no longer a health food.

Edit: 23/07/2024 Thank you for your response! One question. If it doesn't contain guaraná or artificial ingredients, what is the guaraná flavor made from? I would like to also suggest a sugar free option in the future...

The ice is good but the service is bad. I tried to contact via uber and neither uber nor this place responded. I have to pay for 3 bowls just because they didn't attend my call don't go there🤑🤮😱🤬 I tied to call you several times to cancel the order and finally had to pay 30 eur for 3 bowls...

Eu nem acredito no que vou relatar aqui, tamanho o absurdo. Fui ao local buscar um açaí para o meu noivo que após a quimio só consegue comer açaí. Pedi que colocassem a granola separado pois iria ficar murcha até ele chegar a casa, detalhe não pedi frutas pedi mesmo só a granola a atendente se recusou colocar separado, nem na mão ela deixou que levássemos disse que só levaríamos se fosse dentro pote, expliquei tudo que era uma situação especial, que no Algarve sempre compro e eles fazem isto para mim, nada ela disse que era regra e ficou recusando-se a dar o livro de reclamação, por fim deu… Eu estou tão chocada com a falta de empatia porque eu pedi para que ela cobrasse a parte, ofereci todas as soluções possíveis até levar na minha mão… enfim. Pior...
