A Padaria Portuguesa — Restaurant in Lisbon

When waiting in the table while ordering, we were asked to leave because one of us had food from other restaurant, even when he wasn't eating it; we explained to them all of us were ordering (even the one with the food from other restaurant) and they said that it doesn't matter, we couldn't be there with it.

We asked if it was fine to eat/drink what we ordered at the terrace, the waitress agreed with that, so we went with all our orders to the terrace. 5 minutes later the people in charge sent another waiter for asking us to leave.

Waiter was so ashamed to ask us that... It was such a sad attitude from the person in charge... none of us saw something like this before anywhere. They've lost atleast...

It's a new experience.. the foods are good and price are cheap . Most of the time I went there for take outs. I notice that the service little bit delay. I have to wait for long time . the token number nxt of mine that shows on display have to wait. The staff are friendly in the counter. They have variety of breads. They are tasty. Most of the time they are bussy with the customer. It's a calm and cute place... I...

Escrevo para partilhar a minha experiência recente na vossa unidade, que infelizmente tem sido insatisfatória.

Considero que a opção de almoço do "menu do dia" não oferece um bom custo-benefício. A porção servida é significativamente menor do que o que é ilustrado no painel de apresentação na loja, o que considero enganoso.

Além disso, já por duas vezes o atendimento relativamente às bebidas do menu me levou a engano. O funcionário, ao ser questionado sobre as bebidas incluídas, mencionou diversas opções quando apenas o "sumo do dia" está incluído no menu. Na primeira ocasião, paguei o valor adicional sem ter conhecimento desta diferença. Recentemente, tive de questioná-lo novamente, e quando percebi o mal-entendido, salientei que é dever do funcionário informar claramente que a bebida escolhida não faz parte do menu e implica um custo extra.

Um dos principais motivos que me levava a frequentar a Padaria Portuguesa era o pão com azeitonas, que infelizmente foi removido da oferta de produtos da loja. Com a diminuição da qualidade das refeições e as questões com o atendimento, já não encontro razões para regressar.
