Went here last week & again last night with family. You get a very warm welcome from Tracy(hope spelling is correct) & from Toni. They recommended a lovely wine & we had fun testing Tony in remembering the item numbers!!😂 Unfortunately half way through our starters we received some bad news from back home which zonked us a bit.😞 However Tracy was so sypathetic towards us for the rest of our meal & Toni chatted with us & Steve on the next table & advised us on what countries to visit & not to visit, ending up with Liverpool a suggested good spot 😂😂....All in all, love this place, love what they have done with the place & thank you Tracy for your warm embrace when leaving, it was much appreciated ❤️ We will certainly be back & I highly recommend it. If your used to eating quality food in quality places then this place is not for you. The restaurant is a swet box. It’s boiling hot. The sprite was flat. Sent it back. Asked for another another one. They bring another and it tastes the same. Flat. Was not sprite. Is a budget lemonade. The food does not have any quality taste to it. I’ve read through all the reviews which is what I read which made me come here but the reality is it’s a disappointment. We are staying in Quinta do lago which is a luxury side of the algarve. What I’m saying is if your looking for luxury food this is definitely not the place to go.
