Pizza Pino Algarve — Restaurant in Loulé

Walked in and were told they had no pizza, which was fine as we were interested in the other dishes on the menu. Waiter was a bit grumpy, but assumed that it was because of the hour, 9pm. Ordered garlic bread and the "couvert" to be told there was no bread either. We went ahead and ordered our meals anyway. Got my chicken and it was pink inside. Sent it back and asked for it to be cooked a little longer. 20 minutes later, as my wife had finished her meal already, and after seeing other meals leave the kitchen, I was finally brought a burned piece of chicken. I refused it and asked for the bill and the complaints book. The manager came over and tried to sell me a different dish or dessert, but no complaints book was brought. Repeated myself several times for the bill until I had to raise my voice. Never got the complaints book, but by that time we just wanted to leave. Would never go...

Poor Service above Fast Food Quality!

This Shopping offers everything you need. But mind this“Italian Restaurant“ I am European and my wife South American, we travel a lot, business and leisure. This Service we received above the poor food was jawdropping🙈 Food did come only after asking three waiters and it took more than a while Spaghetti and Linguine were over cooked and only fork&knife was given, no Spoons. 3.No Parmesan or pepper arrived for Pasta No Childseat offered or“something“to keep the small one busy. at last no bill was given after asking again the three waiters, cool but we still pay our food lol. Bill war WRONG🙈, more charged than ordered.

Try the Food Court inside the mall instead, its better food and you get your order within time👍🏻 Enjoy...

Very warm welcome, great food and great value! I have a place that’s not far from Mar Shopping, but never visited Pizza Pino. I went one evening after some shopping with my mum. We received such a warm welcome when we arrived. There are lots of thoughtful details like water and breadsticks awaiting your arrival at your table. All the staff who served us were fantastic, one retrieving two chilled wine glasses. I asked for a Portuguese wine that would be close to Pinot Grigio. The server was able to recommend a wine, and it was perfect! Our food was warm, and excellent quality. I ordered Pasta with seafood, and it was fantastic.
