KFC — Restaurant in Loures

Unless you put one star, one is not allowed to make comments, so please count that star as a -1 star. I ordered trough Uber Eats for my adolescent son. Unfortunately he asked, when I was placing the order, “mum, let me change it!”. As it was not placed yet it was fine for me, and so we did it. Now… please look at the photo! When I realised that 2 orders were coming (which was almost right away) I obviously tried to cancel trough all the possibly means:

1. contacting Uber Eats whose recorded voice told me to call the restaurant
2. so, calling the joint (I refuse to call this a restaurant! Everything was so fast that I wonder how are they even able to cook, it's impossible!, even microwaving cooked food takes longer!) no one answered, go figure!
3. sending a message to the person assigned to pick up both orders for the same client stating “It's an error!” So… I WILL NEVER BUY KFC AGAIN! I thought I was also done with Uber Eats, but they have already responded my message. For this KFC Portela, Go find stupid people to steal money from! I'm trying to warn people here, as I will through other social media! Kudos...

Not a great experience. The ordering machines were offline. We presented the coupon to the cashier who listed the wrong one, D21 instead of D22 (Double Miticos +fries). We didn't notice until home and unpacked the burgers that not only was it the wrong promo code used, it was not even the correct sandwich for D21, the single Miticos burger, but rather the normal chicken sandwich + fries. I also don't think that the coupon worked as nothing was shown in the continente app, an overall disappointment. Overall, not much was correct about the order. The single chicken sandwich is decent, just not what we wanted. We had ordered 5 of the same promo. The fries were stale, soft and not fresh or crunchy. Sad as we'd like to use this store instead of the Vasca da Gama location, that's always...

If you think that the food at every KFC tastes the same, you will change your mind after visiting this place. The breading is as hard as a rock. 2 out of 3 orders were mistaken, but the staff did not see a problem with it and pretended that it was what they ordered. There is a long wait for food and the entire place is messy. The bathrooms are full of dirt, rust and everything is broken. In addition, we paid more for junk food than for good dinners in normal...
