Barbatana Surf & Deli — Restaurant in Mafra

VERY RUDE SERVICE! I have been having lunch at this place and eventually had to use their toilet. In order to use the toilet it’s needed to use a key. I went to the counter and asked how to use the toilet. I was told that there are two toilets - one for men and one for women and I can use the keys which I can find at the counter. When I entered the women’s toilet which had a key in the door and the door was not locked , there was an employee of this cafe inside who started screaming at me. The same happened to my friend who went to use the toilet half an hour later. Terrible customer treatment and no explanation of how to use the toilets. Will never come here again and won’t recommend it to others.

Amazing bar with really good food and drinks, all fresh, healthy and tasty. My boyfriend and I have spend our last five days eating and drinking in this bar. We tried many dishes, everything was delicious, plus they care about sustainability for example paperstraws instead of plastic. The stuff is very friendly and organised. They are all doing a great job. The owner and his family are very lovely people. If we had any questions concerning our stay in Portugal or needed some help, they were always happy to help us. 07/01/2024: Very bad: On a beautiful Sunday with sun and the beach full of families strolling and the usual surfers in the sea, the spot was closed with no information on the door or on Google.
