Salmão Sushi Pontinha — Restaurant in Odivelas

"Humble & Understated" is the perfect way to describe this establishment. While the inside of this restaurant is simple, their sushi is truly some of the best I've had, quality-wise.

The nori for the sushi was of a higher quality than any other sushi restaurant I've attended, and I've attended many. The rice was fluffier and more refreshing, the quality of the fish was wonderful, I've never had such delicious tuna!

The Kimuchi was also very delicious. The way this establishment does all-you-can-eat is something I prefer to the usual "go pick up your food" locations. Instead, they bring you a beautiful platter of sushi to start, complete with cleverly cut vegies for decoration. Then you can order freely and they send it to your table, freshly made.

We ordered sushi to-go, and they were great! In my opinion, the sushi was of good quality, beautifully presented, and well-prepared. Our sets were ready incredibly fast, in just about 10 minutes, and they even gave us two drinks of our choice. We also asked for an extra sauce, and they kindly provided it.

While these might not be the absolute best sushi I’ve ever had and the atmosphere of the place isn’t "luxurious," this didn’t bother me at all, especially considering the price. I think this is the best sushi you can get for a reasonable price. Definitely 5 stars from...

Sou a pessoa mais esquesita do mundo no que toca a sushi, e confesso que o espaço não é incrível comparado ao que estamos habituados a ver quando vamos a um restaurante de sushi. Mas sinceramente.... está aprovadíssimo!

Bem quase 2 anos depois continuo a frequentar este sítio. O peixe sempre fresco como de esperar, não tenho de me preocupar se o peixe está bom ou não porque os funcionários fazem esse trabalho por nós. Pedi um sashimi de peixe manteiga, o atendente veio ter connosco e disse que o peixe manteiga que tinham não estava como o esperado e seria melhor não comer, oferecendo logo outras opções de escolha para substituir esse pedido. Honestidade e sinceridade ganham-me logo!

Além disso repararam que estavamos a tentar tirar uma selfie de grupo e ofereceram-se logo para nos tirar as fotos. O espaço realmente não é o melhor, mas eu como com a boca e aconselho mesmo darem uma oportunidade porque o que conta é o peixe fresco, o atendimento impecável e o sabor de todas as peças.
