I don't know how they did it, but a meat lover and a gluten free vegetarian both left this restaurant delightfully full of some of the best food we've eaten since our move to Portugal over two years ago. At Boh! Italian Grill, food is clearly a passion, not just a job. Everything tasted amazing, from the appetizers all the way through to the desserts and we could tell that the staff took pride and purpose in crafting recipes and meals of the finest quality. The other thing that blew us away was the level of service. The owner fully engaged with us to understand what we might most appreciate eating and made absolutely perfect recommendations. All the staff clearly cared about our experience and checked back in with us frequently, at appropriate intervals, to make sure we were being taken care of. Portugal is not known for its table service, and I had forgotten just how much a pleasant and intentional human interaction can launch the entire dining experience to the next level! I did not taste the meats once I am vegan. However, still I was able to enjoy a nice time with my non-vegan friends and meat lovers I may say.

To remain in the "meat theme" concept of the place they had a "meat" vegan plate based on beyond meat sausage and burger. All served nicely seasoned with excellent veggies and french fries. I was stuffed and very much enjoyed my meal.
