O Churrasquinho À Guia — Restaurant in Oeiras

Good food, good prices, fantastic Franguinho. Service leaves a lot to be desired. One day I arrived a bit late and had to wait. Even though we had a baby with us, we waited about 20 mins and when it was our turn they gave the table to other people. We immediately left. Second time I was here, the service was bad, waiters standing talking to each-other, not looking at tables even when not doing anything. Staff was friendly but not very fast...

I’ve been eating here for long, mostly takeout. Although the food quality is good, the fries portion has been getting smaller and smaller as time goes by. I share 2 photos with the amount of fries for 3x chicken portions. Ridiculous. Called in and they said portions are normal. Check older photos by other customers and some have more fries for just 1x chicken portion....

Comentário ao serviço de Takeaway. Já por diversas vezes não correu bem e hoje superou a incompetência. Quando o responsável (patrão) não está presente o serviço não funciona...bem!! Em primeiro lugar devem informar os clientes que cobram 0.10€ por um simples saco de papel ou por um saco com asas, com muito melhor qualidade e fácil de transportar, que obviamente não é igual ao simples. Depois logo no restaurante referi que o simples saco e o seu conteúdo não era o pedido que tinha efectuado, mas tive que trazer depois de 2 elementos do staff afirmarem com grande certeza que era esse o meu pedido. Logicamente quando abri o conteúdo em casa, 3 frangos não tem apenas 4 pernas!! Ao telefonar para o restaurante não foi possível falar com o patrão por supostamente estar de férias e o gerente em presença, também um dos que tinha afirmado no local que o pedido estava certo continuava a afirmar que o pedido era o correcto. Humildade em reconhecer os erros não faz mal a ninguém e o gerente não tem capacidade de solucionar os problemas pela sua atitude, que digamos, arrogante. Não é certamente desta forma que fidelizam...
