Soul's Brazza — Restaurant in Oeiras

Worst restaurant that I’ve ever been. It was our friend’s birthday and they managed to spoil everything. First of all, were around 30 people and some of us wanted do order a plate instead of rodízio but, with very rude attitude they said “it is not possible to order different things”, not polite because there were no such rules in their menus, wich goes against the law. Ok, to avoid disagreements, we choose rodízio in a “forced” way. Apart from the fact that we arrived at the restaurant at 7.30pm, the food came to our table only at 21:30/22 wich is not acceptable at all. The food was arriving slowly and, of course that first plates where rice and chips, the meat was the last thing that they served but, for our surprise, they served 2/3 pieces of picanha for each person. To ask for more food, I had to “implore them”, because if we didn't beg, they'd ignore us and turn their backs, which is what happened. To finish this review, they put my friend’s birthday cake in the freezer and not in the fridge and this caused the fruit on the cake to become frozen. We got there a little late 20 min past our booking so they gave our table away but they gave us another one after which we were very grateful for. The first lady that served me could not speak português or English which I found it very weird because we are in Portugal.. so communication wasn’t the best. Im not going to lie the service is not amazing (I do wanna thanks João because he was so helpful & explained the menu) but everyone else needs a little more training. The food is good, it’s worth the price if you eat a lot. If you don’t eat a little might be pointless. You get unlimited sides and meat. And the Caipiblack was sooo gooood. Food is average. Now, talking about service I am speechless... there is a good group of waiters and waitresses, now service seems to be confusing due to the lack of support ... There were 2 Chinese (I am sure the owners) who looked to be angry all the time looking around and giving orders instead of teaching them how to coordinate and service. Dishes were served without knowing what they were serving and not knowing which tables they had to serve. Drinks arrived after the food. Staff was kind and putting a lot of effort on what they were doing, but if you want results you need to train your staff and not looking angry at them and tell them what to do.... I will not come back to this place. I would tell a tip to the owners: smiling makes the customers...
