Very loud establishment. Takes too long for food to arrive. With us, took over 1 hour waiting! And 7 out of the 10 orders were all the daily menu. Imagine if all 10 were all different orders! After all the waiting, one order had to be changed because that dish was no longer available. So, unfortunately one of us had to wait another 30 min. Another order was not complete, also missing the right quantity, so they mentioned that it would be given a discount on that. If you choose the daily menu, which includes a drink, make sure you pay in advance, or don't order anything else to drink, because they will over charge the most expensive drink of the two. We asked wine for the menu drink. Later on, we also ordered some water. So we were overcharged, not for the water but for the wine (which was supposed to be included in the menu. What a place! They have specials each day which I highly recommend. I went here for 3 lunches during my 10 days in Alvor and was impressed every time. I had; Octopus, squid and thier local swordfish. Fantastic place in a great location, ideal for events and parties, but also very pleasant for dinning out. Friendly staff and very helpful, nothing was a problem and our party was great. The food is also very good, big portions and very tasty. i would rate it 10 stars if i could.
