Pizza Caffé has been a very solid restaurant business in Rio Maior for many years, having been able to provide extreme good quality food throughout, being it pizzas, pasta, salads or meat and fish daily dishes, delicious desserts, offering reasonable and fair prices. The service may not be the fastest for all the tables and the take away they try to meet demand. Many people complaint of the waiting time. Yes, it might be longer than desirable, at times, but life should be enjoyed, take opportunity of the waiting time to unwind and spend that time fully present with whoever you are attending with. Foi almoçar com minha família e pedimos 03 bifes da vazia, cada um pediu arroz e batata de acompanhamento, porém eu pedi arroz a salada, pois não como batata. Na hora de pagar, além de estranhar o valor que por si só já é bem caro, vi que me foi cobrado 3,5€ da salada que pedi, sendo que era acompanhamento, ou seja, deveria estar incluso no preço!! Após questionar, me disseram que era regras da casa, que uma mesa não podia pedir mais de 02 acompanhamentos, senão seria cobrado o terceiro. Depois de informar que não iria pagar, pois nem como batata frita, uma funcionária me confrontou a ponto de eu me sentir constrangida, como se estivesse completamente errada por estar exigindo apenas o meu direito. Depois de insistir e afirmar que não iria pagar, pois não fazia sentido nenhum, me devolveram o valor. Enfim, atendimento péssimo, comida sem sal e não sabem ponto de carne, pois pedi mal passado e veio qualquer coisa, menos isso. Resumindo, minha família e eu não voltamos mais....
