The waiter took our order after a 20-minute waiting time, and took about 1 hour to get the first order after asking about the situation and the last portion took more than 1.5 hours. When we asked when we would get our order, instead of apologizing the waiter said that because one of our orders was family size, it takes longer, more than 1 hour!!! They could have warned us in the beginning about the waiting time. All and all, if you want to starve to death and not see any signs of apologizing...
