Hamburgueria do Rio — Restaurant in Seixal

This is the second time I’ve eaten at this restaurant and everything was amazing. The food is outstanding, I had a vegan burger, the 7 Cicades with Sweet potato fries, everything was fresh and had such a good flavor. Then I had the Mississippi Hamburger with potato fries. What a masterpiece, it was fabulous. The desserts are great too. You can’t go wrong here. At least go and try the Mississippi Burger, not only is it delicious but it’s monstrous. BTW, the staff is very friendly and ever so helpful. Plus, I love the vibe you feel from this Burger Joint. It’s a great place to hangout with friends, family, or just solo. However you go, you will be well taken care of and experience some of the best food...

Good and tasty burguers (sometimes to big...more is not better) that could be used as a rump up reference to achieve a higher level of quality and recognition among clients. The fries could benefit of a special attention...the worst thing you can get is fries that instead of crunchy are mushy with oil. The space could profit of some improvement investment and the service could benefit of quality upgrade. If you only count on the quality of the food and don't invest in the full experience of the client, the good food will be perceived as regular and clients will go and look...

Começou mal a visita à Hamburgueria do Rio. Ao chegar ao restaurante, encontramos a sala a cerca de um terço da capacidade, algo normal para um domingo de inverno ao jantar. Pedimos mesa para 7 pessoas e foi-nos "arranjada" uma para 6 e meio... ou seja seis mais um lugar à cabeceira. Para quem conheça o espaço sabe que é muito desconfortável o lugar à cabeceira, pois as mesas são feitas de antigas mesas de máquinas de costura e que se sente no topo não tem lugar para pôr as pernas. Pedimos aos funcionários se nos disponibilizavam mais uma mesa e ficaram todos a olhar uns para os outros e NADA... Trouxeram a carta para escolhermos e só quando vieram recolher os pedidos é que repararam que estava na página do TripAdvisor a dar-lhes uma má classificação e aí sim disponibilizaram mais uma mesa. Volto a frisar que a sala nem a metade da capacidade estava ocupada. A partir daí, tudo impecável : boa comida, bom atendimento e um preço simpático. Só ficou esta "pedra no sapato", de uma forma desnecessária( a sala nunca esteve ocupada com mais de metade da sua capacidade) e que não me deixa grande...
