I recently had the pleasure of dining at O Zeca Restaurant, and I must say that the service provided by Rodrigo was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Rodrigo greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome.

Throughout the lunch, Rodrigo went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was truly memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and demonstrated a genuine passion for the culinary arts. Experiência horrível. 1h30 para sermos servidos de 2 hambúrgueres e 1 sandes de atum. O local até aparenta ser simpático mas tudo o resto deixa muito a desejar. Pessoal completamente descoordenado. Resposta aos pedidos aleatória e sem regra. Vimos 1grupo de franceses a ir embora, espanhóis a reclamar e portugueses também. Até cheguei a ter pena de uma ou outra funcionária.Pareciam, desculpem a expressão, baratas tontas sem saber para onde se haviam de virar, tantas eram as reclamações. Deram algumas desculpas pelas falhas no serviço, mas não me pareceram nada convincentes. Ainda tiveram a lata de dizer ao meu marido que o mal é que este ano têm muitos clientes portugueses e estes não sabem esperar. Como se fosse normal esperar este tempo por uns simples hambúrgueres e sandes. Ridículo. Espero voltar a estas praias, que são realmente maravilhosas, mas a este restaurante,nunca mais. Desaconselho por completo. Caro senhor, responsável, dono, o que quer que seja do restaurante Zeca. Agradeço a sua resposta. Só posso acreditar que não estava presente, mas mesmo assim, custa-me a aceitar o tipo de resposta que me endereçou. Tenho uma empresa. Felizmente nunca tive uma avaliação de 1 estrela, mas estou certa que se isso acontecesse não iria achar que o problema estaria apenas relacionado com o cliente. No mínimo teria pedido desculpa e explicado, se efetivamente não é normal isto acontecer, o motivo para tamanhas falhas. Não fui só eu. Na 1h30 que estive lá, vi pessoas a sair, a mandar pratos para trás, a reclamar da espera e muito mais. Poderia continuar com esta troca de mensagens, mas fico por aqui. Highly not recommending. The service was terrible. We asked the waiter three times to bring us a coffee and he never did it, even we waited around 20 minutes. Both of the waiters where busy talking, taking coffee and making their own things. Besides this, after we left we found out that the waiter did us wrong exchange, but when we called there to tell them about it, the woman who answered the phone told that they don’t remember us, even we’ve been almost the first customers and she was not there that time, only two guys.
