This Restaurant is one of Portugal's Hidden Gems. It is extremely popular already which is why I am reticent about letting the secret out of the Bag. Since I found this Restaurant over 6 years ago it is my place of choice to eat out. The Food is of the best quality and Value for money. The Fresh Seafood usually 4-5 choices are excellent quality. The Steaks are Fabulous. The Very best Veal Steak from the Morones Cattle unique to north of Portugal is not even on the menu, you have to know about it. Having searched for this restaurant for many years we have now found it and what a gem. Tucked away on the back streets it is a little gem of a restaurant with traditional Portuguese food and atmosphere. Went in as a couple but leave as friends with staff and other customers. The food is good, wholesome and traditional, certainly not over priced and cannot be faulted. Cannot wait to return next year after 3...

Nous avons découvert cet établissement par hasard, suite à une erreur de parcours. Quelle chance ! Nous y avons dégusté une morue grillée généreuse et un steak de thon blanc à la sauce algarvienne, ces 2 plats étant parfaitement cuisinés et assaisonnés. Un pichet de sangria maison savoureuse et peu alcoolisée (comme on nous l'a souvent servie au Portugal) et un expresso digne des meilleurs cafés italiens ont complété ce repas dont nous souviendrons. Descobrimos este estabelecimento por acaso, na sequência de um erro de rota. Que sorte ! Provámos um generoso bacalhau grelhado e um bife de atum branco com molho algarvio, sendo estes 2 pratos na perfeição confecionados e temperados. Um jarro de saborosa sangria caseira com baixo teor alcoólico (como muitas vezes nos serviam em Portugal) e um expresso digno dos melhores cafés italianos completaram esta refeição que vamos recordar.
