Lumo - Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Tavira

We visited this restaurant on the spur of the moment when we saw the billboard advert. Very easy to get to, a small amount of parking.

We were there at about 12:30 and noone else was there, so quick service! Very friendly and helpful waiter.

We ordered 3 pizzas - the kids margarita was a great size. We had one white pizza with burrata, basil and bacon - this was really delicious. Also I've with spicy sausage, red onion and crispy onion, again delicious!! Very well made pizzas, cooked perfectly, great toppings.

My boys wanted a chocolate mousse - they were so delicious we ordered another for the adults. Less like mousse and more like a gorgeous smooth chocolate pudding!

Vu la localisation ce restaurant est un attrape touristes, prix très élevés et très mal servi. Nous y sommes allés à pied pour dépanner avec déjà un gros à priori, nous venions d’arriver dans notre lotissement. Nos à priori négatifs se sont bel et bien confirmés. La dose de poulet grillé est à 9€ avec 4 petits morceaux et un seul accompagnement, ce n’est pas une blague. Donc pour un poulet complet, un poulet normal dans le pays, à savoir : une dose de poulet avec frites, riz et salade il faut compter 14€, vive les pigeons !!! Côté bitoque ; steack de bœuf à cheval, avec frites et riz ; 12€ avec un steack fin comme une feuille de papier, il faut le voir pour y croire !!! Côté pizza je confirme les commentaires ; 90% de pâte et 10% de garnitures, j’ai trouvé uniquement 5 petites feuilles d’artichaut au lieu de morceaux, c’est une honte !!! Leurs photos sont mensongères et trompeuses. Pour finir, ils nous ont même facturé un accompagnement de riz qu’ils n’ont jamais servi. The reservation system is a mess. We reserved for 6pm but when we arrived with a hungry child we were told they don't open until 6.30. Pizza is OK, but anything other than pizza is a disaster.
