We visited this lovely, friendly shop today while on holiday, on a trip to Valenca. The food is outstanding and we would recommend you stop by and spoil yourself. The ice cream is to die for. I had mango, mint and passion fruit ice cream, and the passionfruit was the best but I was in heaven eating the whole thing. The lady in shop makes it all herself. My partner had the pancakes and thoroughly enjoyed them. The younger lady spoke a little English, while I tried a little Portuguese, with help from google lol, and was so friendly. I went there at night on Sunday, the Products were good, however customer service was very poor, the lady behind the counter serving ice-cream, is very rude not even smiling!! I purchased cones for the kids and coffee for myself and when I asked for a cup of water it's like i gave them extra work, they weren't happy.. And i carried everything by myself to the table.. Péssimo serviço, extremamente rude!

Para facilitar o serviço, fui fazer o pedido ao balcão. Esperei que servissem os clientes que estavam ao balcão (mais de 5 minutos), sem problema nenhum. Quando chega a minha vez de ser atendida, só me dizem:" espere, calma! Estão mais clientes sentados que ainda nem carta têm! Tem de esperar". Estou a reclamar, não por ter de esperar, mas sim pela "educação" e calma que o Sr que estava a atender. Nunca mais lá volto...
