Terrazza Pizzeria — Restaurant in Vila do Conde

How to describe such a chaotic experience? We went there with family, hoping to have a good time, and ended up so stressed that the whole night was destroyed. We were 14 adults and 2 small kids (4 years old each). Once we arrived, I said for the waiter (an EXTREMELY RUDE guy) that I wanted to order food for the kids before anything. He answer that it was not an option, that he wanted all of us to order at the same time, so he could bring everything at the same time. We hurried to do that, so the kids could get their food as soon as possible. At least that happened, but the rest took forever, and came in completely different times. The last 2 pizzas took ONE HOUR to arrive. Some drinks never came. He said later on that the orange juice had ended (so it came only 1, and we had ordered 3). For the kids, we had ordered a "kids menu", which included ice cream. We asked for the ice cream FIVE TIMES, until eventually I lost my patience and asked how hard could it be to get the children their ice creams, that was already late and we needed to leave and get them to bed, the waiter was so rude that I can´t even describe. Someone else working there came and asked what was happening, as the guy obviously was incapable of doing his job, and which flavor the kids wanted the ice cream. She asked 3 more times the flavor, and somehow still managed to bring the wrong flavor. Important to highlight that the whole time that we were waiting for food and ice cream, he was standing outside texting on his phone. I just wish we had never gone to this place. The worst restaurant Ive ever tried. They fail at managing more tables at once. We waited 60 minutes for our pizzas and then we left without eating. Even when I urged the waiter he didnt do anything. While waiting we saw 2 other tables full of ppl leave. One of them waited for food way too long and other waited for 20 minutes and waitress didnt even bring them menus. One more thing, they do not make food in any order, first come first serve doesnt work here at all. They just make pizzas randomly. Table with group of 5 got their first pizza and after at least 10 minutes got another one and then salad after some time, so dont expect to eat with your friends at the same time. I wouldnt recommend this place even to my worst enemy, its just a tourist trap...

Chamem-me antiquado, mas há coisas de que não prescindo ao ir gastar dinheiro num restaurante: ao chegar e sentar-me, gosto que venham ter comigo e cumprimentar. Depois até podem demorar a servir, mas pelo menos sei que sabem que estou ali e que assim que puderem me vêm atender. Aqui nada durante 5 minutos, só olhares desviados. Depois mudámos de mesa por causa do sol e só os ouvíamos a falar um com o outro "vais lá tu?". Não veio ninguém, lá esperámos mais 5 minutos. Gosto que me venham perguntar se está tudo bem ou se falta alguma coisa. Aqui, apesar da quantidade de pessoas que entravam e saíam da área de serviço, e de estarmos a 3 metros do balcão, ninguém perguntou nada durante a refeição toda. As regras são para todos, entrarem pessoas sem máscara, irem à casa de banho sem máscara, e ficarem a falar com o dono ao balcão sem máscara só por causa da familiaridade com este é desagradável para os outros clientes que cumprem o que lhes é pedido. Eu sei que as pizzarias são lugares mais descontraídos, mas vir receber o pedido sem bloco, esquecer-se de uma das pizzas e vir confirmar o que era mesmo, encolher os ombros quando se pergunta pelo menu de criança, e sem nunca esboçar um sorriso ou um cumprimento já passa o descontraído e entra no desrespeitoso. Até porque pagar 45 euros por 4 pessoas (1 delas criança), sem sobremesa ou cafés, não é assim um preço tão em conta (sobretudo no Norte do país) que justifique essa desatenção como se estivessem a fazer um favor. E por último a chico-espertice que me levou a não ignorar todas as anteriores e escrever este texto para que melhorem o que oferecem, ou, caso não o façam, como aviso aos futuros potenciais clientes: Além das pizzas saberem todas ao mesmo, as que indicam parmesão não vêm com lascas do delicioso queijo por cima, mas sim parmesão ralado sem sabor daquele de supermercado, espalhado no fim por cima da pizza!
