We were excited to try some fresh fish “catch of the day” we were told is amazingly good at this restaurant. The squid was amazing and my friend really loved it. The catch of the day fish was super fresh, and it all tasted great except the garlic was too overpowering and it took away from the fresh fish experience. The carrot soup was interesting, very light and tasted good. The service was outstanding, Mara was amazing and took incredibly good care of us. ☺️

Visited on 14.9.2022 + food was OK (hamburger, cheeseburger, bifana) + not expensive + nice staff (speaking English) + draft beer + possible to eat outside - sometimes serving just fastfood - location The place was harder to find because it was in some industrial area. Looks like they do not cook the whole day, just in certain times. Otherwise, good place to have a quick lunch. I recommend to visit this restaurant.

Perolazinha escondida numa pequena zona Industrial, na Ilha de Santa Maria nos Açores. É daquelas casas que, a cerveja é sempre fresca, o atendimento sempre bom e a conversa numca falta. Sentimo-nos em casa assim que entramos neste espaço, onde somos recebidos de forma muito simpática pelo proprio Tibério. Desde petiscos a pratos mais elaborados, desde um gin a uma.Super Bock, nada falta aqui. Eu pedi uns secretos de porco preto que estavam deliciosos e de mãos dadas com umas batatas fritas em palitos, caseiras de comer tão depressa que me esqueci de tirar fotos 😄😄🫣 ... ainda assim e para perceberem o que falo, quando passarem mesta charmosa Ilha dos Açores, não deixem de fazer uma paragem neste espaço que fica a 5 minutos de carro do aeroporto.

The first impression was not awesome, the place is located in a storage buildings/ industrial zone. Looks like blue collar restaurant, but the staff was very nice and proactive.
