I recently grabbed lunch at Talho Burger in Gaiashopping and was immediately impressed by its upbeat, modern vibe. The space has clean lines, minimalist décor, and open kitchen view, which made the whole place feel lively yet relaxed.

Frequento bastante o Talho Burguer do Mar shopping e nunca tive qualquer tipo de problema ou reclamação! Este domingo a tarde decidi ir ao Talho Burguer do Gaia e honestamente acho que nunca fui tão mal atendida como neste sítio! Cheguei lá estavam 3 empregados na conversa super divertidos, quando o empregado de caixa viu que eu estava lá para ser atendida ficou logo com ar de mal disposto, começou a arrumar as moedas e tudo mais ( provavelmente tinha feito já o fecho da caixa) , fiz o meu pedido e ele nem se deu ao trabalho de perguntar qual era o ponto que queria o hambúrguer ( coisa que perguntam sempre) , não perguntou qual o tipo de acompanhamento que queria visto que há batata frita normal , batata frita doce ou salada e para melhorar todo este atendimento sem me perguntar e sem eu referir qual seria a forma de pagamento apontou o multibanco já com o valor para eu pagar! Por fim deu-me o talão e um aparelho para ir levantar o meu pedido quando estivesse pronto! Fiquei numa mesa relativamente perto e passado um tempo vi que o meu pedido estava pronto em cima do balcão mas nenhum sinal do aparelho para ir levantar o mesmo! Por acaso vi e pedi ao meu namorado que fosse buscar porque se estivesse numa mesa sem visibilidade para a loja provavelmente comia tudo frio! Fiquei realmente triste e chateada, mas para o homem da caixa foi mais um dia normal até porque voltou a conversa e as gargalhadas...
