Disaster customer service, Grill town was one my favourite restaurants in Doha, until I started trying to order delivery from them it happened 3 times while I'm ordering whole charcoal grill chicken, and always I'm waiting 1 to 2 hours until I am keep following up to my order and the answer person from the team keep lies and informing me that order on the way by the delivery and blaming the delivery company Snoonu that the problem from their side the driver is very slow, and when I'm calling Snoonu they are informing me that nothing from our side the Grill Town restaurant maybe they don't have this item after facing the grill town staff by the Snoonu answer, so the staff started saying the truth that the charcoal grill whole chicken is not available and no driver is delivering my order, never I will order again from Grill town! No professional service, zero follow-up! Super slow and always lies never saying the truth and never solving the problems they don't...

We were regular at the old location just down the street. One of the very best shawarma places in Doha. They have now moved to a new ‘family restaurant’ style space and seem to be paying for it by cutting corners. The legendary ‘Charcoal Chicken’ Shawarma is 50% smaller than it used to be and 20 riyals which is a lot for a shawarma. I wouldn’t mind but I was still hungry after my very expensive mini-shawarma. We also ordered some mezze to go for my daughter and were told that it would come with bread (it did not and we had to ask for it again) but rather than the warm fresh bread that is common in similar restaurants we were given some pre-wrapped store bought flatbread.
