I strongly advise against visiting this particular branch. You’re likely to have a better experience at other locations. There were several issues during my visit that I believe the management should take seriously if they want to maintain a high standard.

Firstly, the environment is not suitable for private conversations or family gatherings. The space has a strong echo, and voices travel easily, making it difficult to have any level of privacy. Even their so-called “private room” doesn’t solve the issue — if you raise your voice even slightly, it can still be heard from the main hall.

Secondly, the service was disappointing. One staff member approached to take my order with a device in hand, but the interaction felt rushed. I wasn’t given time to order comfortably — it felt more like an exam than a dining experience. Staff should create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, not one that pressures the customer.

Additionally, I found it very unprofessional that the staff kept staring at me during my visit. This was my first time at this branch, and I don’t know anyone there, so being watched while eating or trying to enjoy the meal felt intrusive and uncomfortable. It seriously affected the overall experience. Staff should respect customers’ space and privacy — that’s basic hospitality.

Now, the most important point: the food. Unfortunately, the meat was undercooked, and the pasta was bland and poorly prepared. For a well-known and established restaurant, this is unacceptable. If the kitchen can’t get basic dishes like skewered meat or pasta right, it reflects a serious problem. Offering to re-cook the dish doesn’t undo the initial disappointment.

That said, I want to be fair — the seafood soup was genuinely excellent. It was the only part of the meal that stood out in a positive way.

I hope this feedback helps the branch reflect and improve. With better food quality, improved staff professionalism, and a more private atmosphere, this location could meet the standards its name...
