PK - QSC — Restaurant in Doha

WOW, is the right expression if you taste anything at this joint. The place looks pretty ordinary, but churns out one of the best, tasty, hot food at very affordable prices. Their tea and it's variations are one of a kind in Qatar.

I met the operations manager by chance very briefly and and he was so pleasant and courteous. He is a part of this group`s passionate people who believe in customer service, Quality and consistency.

The service is fast and staff are super friendly. The place is super clean with well laid out tables and chairs. The first floor seating offers a bit of privacy. There are a few outdoor seating for small groups or individuals well suited for people who like to smoke or sit out during those cooler months of the year.

There is no specific location for wheelchair parking, but there are a lot of parking spots around the restaurant but there is no provision for wheelchair access into the restaurant. There is a clean and dry public toilet in the restaurant.

Overall a great place for sharing small plates and a tasty hot lunch or dinner without a dent on...

Been visiting here from many years .. but writing this on the bad experience faced here .. especially from QSC branch .. me and my wife visit here sometimes to enjoy their chai and relax for sometime and leave .. recently I ordered a chai and staff said us we are not supposed to sit outside even if the seats outside are empty .we need to buy certain food then only we can sit there .. I don’t understand what type of discrimination is this ? A customer is a customer whether he buys chai or food , may be I don’t want eat now may be I might buy a food after drinking chai it’s upto customer if he loves the atmosphere he will end up buying something .. u can’t discriminate on customers based on that. Also if management is doing this please stop this , if not then please tell you staffs to stop this .. will not be visiting any of the poori and karak branches anymore cz of bad...

Its terrible customer service,, I used to sit and drink karak and order some food after since It's near my work place ... so I went to sit there at QSC branch then asked the waiter for karak he replied,, go and take it yourself!!!! I thought I miss understand and I asked him again he said for karak you go and take it by yourself and you can't sit in outside area this is managent rules !!!! It was Very rude and disrespectful and made me hate the place then I asked him about his supervisor she was an Asian lady who just confirmed that it's their policy Honestly it's the most disrespectful customer service even though I used to sit there and order ,, definitely I won't sit there again either for coffee or...
