I am currently staying at Ezdan Hotel, Doha, Tower 3 room number 32705 and I must say my experience has been absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient, easily accessible, and surrounded by everything you could need. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spotless corridors, extremely clean rooms, and a very welcoming atmosphere that makes the entire stay feel incredibly comfortable.

I would like to give special recognition to Arifur, the room attendants for my room. They are truly exceptional! They clean the rooms meticulously every day, ensuring everything is perfect. They are always polite, friendly, and approachable. Their knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are amazing. They communicate clearly, answer all my questions, and are always ready to provide support. Thanks to their dedication, my room is always immaculate, and I feel completely cared for. Their service truly makes the hotel experience five-star!

The hotel also offers fantastic facilities. The swimming pool is clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The food is absolutely delicious—very tasty, fresh, and satisfying. Room Cleanliness and Housekeeping: A special mention goes to Niloy and Anwar, who were responsible for the daily cleaning of my room. Their attention to detail was outstanding—every corner was spotless, amenities were consistently replenished, and everything was kept in immaculate condition throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their courtesy and dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Supervisory Support: Their supervisor, Mr. Abdul, was equally commendable. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was up to standard and showed a genuine concern for guest comfort. His leadership clearly reflects in the quality of the housekeeping team’s work.

Room Comfort: The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and furnished with everything needed for a comfortable long-term or short-term stay. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable.
