Looks all nice and fancy and it was a little expensive. I asked for an iced caramel coffee and mistakenly they gave me a hot one - fair enough mistakes happen but when I told them I wanted an iced one they poured that same hot drink in another cup and put ice inside instead of making a new fresh one. Ofer - 100 de stele pentru felul in care am fost servita de acest domn angajat ( numele ii apare pe bon ) , cu o aroganță iesita din comun, lipsa de respect si profesionalism. Parca vindea varza la Pucheni ! O uitatura de interlop si gesturi asemanatoare. Daca intelegeti unde bat.. Mi a aruncat si bonul pe masă ! Oribil. Nici doamna care l-a ajutat cu impachetatul n-a avut mai multa prestanță dar macar a fost amabila. Mie imi place Chocolat dar cu asemenea vanzatori ma lipsesc. Eu nu comentez pretul calitatii produselor, altceva mă deranjează la maxim - ca nu suntem serviți cum trebuie de banii ăștia ! Șefii mari, faceti ceva, mergeti deghizati , trimiteti pe cineva clienți.. nu stiu. Am invatat o treaba - in Romania nu conteaza ca mergi la scump sau la ieftin. Esti tratat la fel. Esti .. pe bani multi. Pt ca nu se pune pret pe client. Ps. - tarta tiramisu care e trecuta altfel pe bon ( tartă fruits ), nu-și justifica pretul de 40 ron. N-as recumpara.
