I can only comment on the coffee and not the food as I haven't had the pleasure to try the food but I was there with some friends and wanted to enjoy a quick coffee and although we have asked to get the coffee in normal cups (that you can see on the coffee machine) they ignored us. After seeing 2 coffees being poured in plastic cups I asked the manager who was there to please put mine in a normal cup and he looked at me and said "ok, but you bring it back". I said ok and guess what...they gave me the coffee in plastic cups. I understand that they are afraid that people will not bring them back or steal them but do not put them on the coffee machine or in the photos for the locations as it is misleading and very rude to play dumb or make the customer feel fooled. A professional fast food place than is not greasy and tends towards a healthy meal. They only served turkey meat in kebaps, sandwiches and pizzas.

The only hiccup is that they only have one order screen if you want to pay with credit card and there's always a queue. I guess a second one would be that they don't add much sauce to the kebaps, but I assume it's part of their healthier way.
