Am avut o experiență excelentă la restaurantul Barko! Icrele de pește, servite alături de pâinea caldă, proaspăt scoasă din cuptor, au fost absolut delicioase, probabil cea mai bună combinație de acest fel pe care am gustat-o vreodată.

Pulpa de rață cu piure de morcovi a fost gătită perfect: carnea fragedă, care se desprindea ușor de pe os, iar piureul dulce și fin a completat preparatul exact așa cum trebuie. Limonada a fost extrem de răcoritoare, perfectă pentru a însoți masa.

Păstrăvul m-a surprins prin prospețimea și textura lui moale, suculenta și gătit perfect. Calamarii au fost fragezi, semn că au fost gătiți corect, însă un strop de sare în plus i-ar fi incadrat la perfecțiune.
