Restaurant ZONE 1 Timișoara — Restaurant in Timișoara

I went to eat here at around 9:30 PM after going to the gym and I ordered a juice, a dish of grilled chicken breast with shrooms and desert. The order took a while to be ready, even though there were like 8 people inside including myself and a friend. After eating the chicken breast (which had a small bone) and the shrooms were very mushy and watery, it takes 20-25 minutes for another waitress to come and tell me that the kitchen is closed and the original waitress didn't understand if I really want the desert or not. I am posting this negative review, because it's the second time in 3 months when I have problems here (last time I waited 1 hour+ for the order) and also because, on my way back home, I realised I left the restaurant hungry. I'm giving 2 stars, because I have eaten here in the past and it was good. I will probably try again, if I really don't have other options in the area, but definitely after a few...

Very good new chairs outside. Cosy and comfortable inside. The food is super good, reasonable prices, the coffee is good and arrives hot to the table. That is important to me. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive, but do not hover over the client constantly. You only need to quietly raise a hand and they will come. The bathroom is super clean, fancy sink, automatic soap and towel disposal, also two huge mirrors for the ladies, if they need to do an outfit check or put on some lipstick after the yummy meal. All in all, my favourite place around to have coffee or lemonade with friends or a quick lunch, if I have no idea...

Later edit dupa 1 an: asta doar asa ca am observat acum ce reviewuri au primit report pe contul de google si am decis sa le re-editez si sa le repostez. Sa nu se piarda informatia...

In noiembrie 2022 am fost pe la ei...poate situatia s -a mai schimbat..ca nici nu am mai calcat pe acolo...

Burgerii au fost ok, dar cu asa customer service, mai bine ma lipsesc de tot.

Angajati oameni care sa se ocupe de comenzile plasate prin tazz sau cu ridicare personala.

Osptarii clar nu faceau fata si nici nu sunt in stare sa discute civilizat cu clientii. (Cu exceptia tipei roscate care a fost ft draguta)

Ok, si acum - ospatarul de pe sala( George) sa ajung sa tipe la mine un angajat frustrat ca are de lucru un pic mai mult intr-o vineri seara(de parca nu ar fi normal) ca pe el nu il intereseaza de comanda mea? am crezut ca face un accident vascular acolo la intrare - daca aveti camere puteti verifica la ora 20.01 (aprox) - in 18.11.2022

Da, mi-a zis sa astept( Insa mi-am permis sa il intreb a doua oara daca pot sa vb cu cineva dupa ce se apucase sa ia comenzi la mese si anterior nici o intrebare despre ce caut acolo).."scuze eu ca te-am deranjat din a-ti face meseria".

Dupa toate astea aflu ca tot el uitase sa bata 1 burgeri pe comanda la bucatarie - a batut doar unul...penibil.

Timp de asteptare in plus - 30 de minute - rezultat un burger s-a racit. Dar csf ncsf. Scuze? Ce sunt alea? Figuri? Desigur! Cat incape! Era sa zic acum ceva de horeca, dar nu toti sunt la fel.

P.s Tipul de la bar slabanog, brunet e angajat si ca bagator de seama? Daca nu invatati-l sa isi tina gura si sa faca ce e platit sa faca - adica bauturi pt cei va baga profitul in casa, ca nu l-a intrebat nimeni nimic.
