I was really disappointed by the customer service here. Despite spending over 3,000 rubles since arriving, I was told I couldn’t use my laptop at a regular table and was instead asked to move to a designated “laptop area,” which was noticeably uncomfortable. Best cafe with specialized coffee I have visited in Moscow, this place is a hidden gem, no tourists, mostly people working near by. The decoration is fascinating, the staff are the sweetest I have met!

Dennis, the barista at this cafe is one of the most genuine, knowledgeable and kind hearted person I've had the pleasure of meeting. He made a very cool HOOP coffee (similar to V60) and I thank him. Keep going, great...

Каждый раз лотерея, то что-то попадется в салате, то камень в булке, в этот раз сырой бифштекс. Ну это не стейк и не татрат! В коулслоу не должно быть крови из-под недожаренной котлеты! Я брала это блюдо ранее, я знаю какое оно должно быть. Жаль что сразу не обратила внимание, не очень приятно есть практически сырое мясо. Просьба владельцев контролировать, что у вас происходит на кухне, и что вы подаете гостям!
