Hashtag Meet and Eat — Restaurant in Kigali City

Wait times are brutal, staff is rude, food is decent. They have a 55 minute delivery time listed on their page, but 85 minutes after ordering, they called to ask what meat we wanted on our beef tacos... could be an issue with the Vuba Vuba app, but I drove to the store myself last time when Vuba couldn't explain the delay and the staff just screamed at each other while the poor Vuba delivery driver sat there defeated. We're at near two hours and I just got the notification the driver is on his way.

Used to be one of my favorite spots when I needed something quick and decent to eat in Kigali, but when they take over an hour and a half to make a couple tacos and a salad and then have an attitude about it when you come to get it... wow. I don't know what has happened to them in the...

1st time for me at Hashtag and the question is as always would I go back... for the service and to try the eat in experience then probably yes, plus to try a different pizza. What I don't get, and maybe its just me, is why annoy a takeaway customer by charging them for the flippin box?!! I haven't used any of the facilities costed in to the dining experience (would you charge me rwf 600 for a plate?!) So is the irritation and me probably not buying a takeout again, really worth the price of a box?! Time to think...

This place has gone down hill the last couple visits. Not sure what’s going on but we have continued going thinking it was just an off day but today was the last. We were the only ones here and food still took forever and then came out over cooked. The fries were hard enough to snap in half. Half were too bad to eat and the half we did eat weren’t good.
