I recently visited Emerald Cafe for the first time and had a pleasant experience. The outdoor seating area, located under a roof, offers a nice spot to relax and unwind. Despite being situated on busy KG 13 Ave in Nyarutarama, the elevated position and view of the golf course help to block out traffic noise. The service was quick and attentive, although it's worth noting that I was one of only a few guests at the time.
