Starting from the very first thing in any restaurant, the service, completely non-chalant and rude staff which will already demotivate you from placing your order. God forbid you get to that point, be ready for unhygienic, HAIR-RIDDEN food that is sure to make any sane person hurl out their guts, as it did later that night in addition to diarrhea and food poisoning. And to finish it off, make sure you're not expecting to pay with the most popular payment method (MobileMoney) in the country because they won't support that either.

Food took 30 minutes to be prepared even though the restaurant was empty, only for it to be a wrong order. I asked them to change it, explaining that I ordered it plain, and that I couldn’t eat what they brought because I was allergic to it, they took it back and didn’t come back with anything for the next half hour - my friend had already finished their meal at that point. It was getting late (an hour had passed since ordering) so in order to save time, I asked them to pack the fixed order for take away.
