McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Ahsa Governorate

I tried the tasty chicken, as I expected since I don't like the tasty sauce that much it didn't matter if the sandwich was chicken. BTW I don't eat red meat.

The order preparation was super fast and I ordered through the self service screen and was able to customise my order as I like juice not soda with my drink.

The bun was a bit easy to get spoiled and as I recall the bread was with sesame but this bread was different.

I prefer the bread used in grand chicken over this. As it has this corn wheat sprinkled over it and tastes wonderful!

The fries were fresh however some of them had an over cooked look, with a bit more oil than usual.

Since I was in hurry and hungry my choice was to have an additional Spicy McChicken. It was a bit more spicy than I remember however the sandwich was good and fresh.

The restaurant looked clean and restroom was also clean. The time I visited was not crowded and there were 3 other dine in customers. But the drive through looked more active.

A typical McDonald's experience just like any other...

Very bad service Since we enter the branch the staff were unfriendly and they don’t want to answer our questions. We are order our food deliver to our table as we were big family and the order was big but they call our number and they wanted to come and take it. I spoke to one of staff about it he said that he doesn’t know this service (it was his first time to hear about the service to bring to table) I asked him to speak to manager and I met him. He didn’t do anything he said I don’t have enough staff for this service. I told him if you cannot have this service just remove the number plates from the counter.

I'm soo Dissapointed.!!! I just order drive thru around 9:10 pm my order they just gave me 1 minute they prepare and i receive my order.! I though it's all new& fresh but when i arrive home just near to the branch just 3 im home.Wheb i open my order Big tasty so cold and the beef soo dry.:!!i can't eat all i feel so bad about my Food.!!!i can't completed my cravings because the meat is soo cold and dry.!!!!💔💔💔💔👎👎👎 i try to make warm in the oven so bad.!!
