One of my worst experiences with Dank . We were a family and reserved using the barcode. 15 minutes wait. Then asked where to order he said here (downstairs) waited in the line for 10 minutes. Then the cashier asked me to order (upstairs) since we chose dine in. Went to order from upstairs also there were a 10 minutes wait. Then he stopped taking orders as they were no bread. Dank sandwich with no bread!!!!. Ok we will wait until it gets prepped he said 20 minutes max . We waited for 25 minutes then asked the supervisor again when is it coming? He said just have a seat then i will come to you . The one preparing the food already told me we can’t order until the bread comes and there are no bread in the restaurant currently. We were confused the supervisor kept us waiting for nothing we had to leave without eating. Wasted an hour over this BS. Just be straight forward with costumers , don’t give misinformation to costumers, don’t tell them to set down then you will talk to them . Had my family as guests from outside of Riyadh to try Dank but it was one of the worst and an a total...

Booked ahead and still had to wait around 30 minutes?! off to a rough start. The seating? Straight up tragic. Everything was uncomfortable, even the couch side was wobbly and painful to sit on. Who designed this place, seriously?

When booking, they asked if it was for “families or men,” so we assumed there was a family section. Guess what? There isn’t. Like… why even ask then? Make it make sense.

We got seated in a super cramped area, surrounded by people, zero privacy. Tables were so close I could hear full conversations and chewing from every direction. On top of that, the stares? Just horrible. The whole thing felt super overstimulating and gross.

We literally packed up mid-meal and dipped we were that over it. Regret even showing up. Should’ve just hit McDonald’s.
