Dangerously Neglected Play Area !!

My Toddler’s Safety Was Put at Risk!!!! the management & workers there don’t care. I asked these Bengali workers for facility manager to come, they gave me that look of what will you do ? Complain ? Go ahead and do it !!!!

So thanks God for Google review and here’s a detailed story:

My 2-year-old daughter was excited to play here for the Eid Festival, but what should have been a fun outing turned into a nightmare.

The play facilities and toys are NOT safe for children !!!

Within minutes of playing, my daughter hit her head twice on poorly maintained equipment. When I rushed to check, I discovered the “cushioned” surfaces were torn, frayed, and completely worn down, offering zero protection.

The padding was so deteriorated that sharp edges and hard surfaces were exposed !!!

this is a hazard waiting to happen!

It’s clear this park hasn’t bothered to inspect or maintain their equipment. If basic safety measures like cushioning aren’t prioritized, how can parents trust this place? My daughter was left crying and terrified, and I’m furious that negligence put her in harm’s way.

*Do NOT bring your kids here * The management should be ashamed of cutting corners on children’s safety. I’ll be reporting this to local authorities if immediate repairs aren’t made. A park that can’t protect toddlers doesn’t deserve to stay open.

If there was a zero stars, I’ll rate them because prioritize children’s safety isn’t their top...

It’s quite upsetting that this is the only rink available in Riyadh. 1- The ice is NEVER smoothened?! They don’t own a zamboni and only smoothen the ice once every few months 🤦‍♀️ 2- No private sessions for people looking to actually train + only open for 7 hours on most days 3- None of the employees even know how to skate, take care of skates, etc. 4- The only lessons offered are from a group of hockey skaters who only teach the basics of hockey (not even offered by the rink itself!). There are no figure skating or advanced hockey classes. 5- It’s quite small and lacks an actual community. It’s clearly not taken care of.

Hoping these things would improve. If they would just smoothen the ice, get private sessions and hire some figure skating coaches, this place would be booming with business.

إنه أمر مزعج للغاية أن هذه هي الحلبة الوحيدة المتوفرة في الرياض. 1- لم يتم تنعيم الجليد أبدًا ؟! إنهم لا يمتلكون زامبوني ويقومون فقط بتنعيم الجليد مرة كل بضعة أشهر 🤦‍♀️ 2- لا توجد جلسات خاصة للأشخاص الذين يتطلعون إلى التدريب الفعلي + مفتوح فقط لمدة 7 ساعات في معظم الأيام 3- لا أحد من الموظفين يعرف حتى كيف يتزلج ، يعتني بالزلاجات ، إلخ. 4- الدروس الوحيدة المقدمة هي من مجموعة من متزلجي الهوكي الذين يعلمون فقط أساسيات الهوكي (ولا حتى من حلبة التزلج نفسها!). لا توجد فصول تزلج على الجليد أو فصول هوكي متقدمة. 5- إنها صغيرة جدًا وتفتقر إلى مجتمع فعلي. من الواضح أنه لم يتم الاهتمام به.

على أمل أن تتحسن هذه الأشياء. إذا قاموا فقط بتنعيم الجليد ، وحصلوا على جلسات خاصة واستأجروا بعض مدربي التزلج على الجليد ، فسيكون هذا المكان...
