If you want to have diabetes then this is the perfect place to have coffee!

I ordered hot chocolate and it was too sweet I had to add water. Check my video. And even after adding a lot of water the drink was still too sweet. When I complained about it, the waiter said ‘there’s nothing we can do because there’s a standard recipe for it.’ I cannot blame him because the store must have their own way of preparing hot chocolate. But, the waiter should at least offered to change the drink and make it less sweet. Isn’t that the standard way of dealing with a customer complaint? But, wait! After making the order we were asked to make the payment immediately. So maybe that’s the reason he didn’t offer to change the drink because we have already paid and he didn’t care whether we liked the drink or not?

The hot chocolate was not hot when delivered. And it’s very expensive at SAR 27! It was not even half the standard size of Large drinks which are served in other coffee shops.

VERY DIRTY TOILET! For a coffee shop to have a dirty toilet, you will wonder if the food and drinks they prepare are dirty or not.

This coffee shop is an absolute disgrace: it refuses to let children in, and has no consideration for the many who depend on their caffeine fix for young families! In this day and age, denying children the pleasure of enjoying a hot drink is simply inexcusable. One can only imagine the relief a parent would feel after a long day, to be able to take their kids somewhere to enjoy a nice cup of joe, only to be rejected at the door. Not only is this a cruel and unneccessary policy, it also speaks volumes on the character of this "business".

The staff, who enforce the policy, do nothing to showcase the pride the shop must have in its products or services, and their attitudes are often quite sour and unwelcoming. In fact, their attitudes are downright antagonistic with regards to children, making it quite clear that they prefer adult customers instead.
