OG Burger — Restaurant in Al Maathar Municipality

I recently visited your restaurant for dinner with a friend and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the waitstaff and cashier were seated at a table engaged in paperwork. We waited for about eight minutes without being acknowledged, and I eventually had to call someone over to place our order. While the order was taken, the cashier or supervisor remained seated, discussing operational matters with another staff member throughout our visit.

The food quality was far below expectations. The croutons on the Caesar salad appeared stale, the sauce was unpleasant, and the overall preparation was delayed—even though we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time.

More concerning was the hygiene and behavior of the cashier, who was touching his face while handling orders and serving food. Additionally, the restroom was initially locked, and when it was opened, it had a foul odor and no tissues available for drying hands.

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unhygienic. I do not recommend this place and hope that improvements...

الاستقبال الودود من طاقم العمل الشباب السعوديين بإبتسامتهم الجميلة وترحيبهم بالزبائن بكل الحب .. وكذلك الشيف اليوناني اللطيف والمهتم بأدق التفاصيل مع ترحيبه الودود بالزبائن والاستماع لهم وكذلك يشرح لهم بعض مكونات الوجبات المقدمة لهم وكيفية عنايته واهتمامه بكل طلب لتكون تجربة الزبون لا تنسى في هذا المطعم .. المميز بديكوره الأفريقي البسيط الناعم وألوانه الهادئة المريحة .. طلبي كان : سلطة سيزار السيزار وتنيز الشيف بالخلطة الرائعة لها .. برجر سجنتشر يعجز الوصف عن كمية النكهة المتناغمة واللذيذة والاهتمام بدرجة استواء اللحم لتكون طرية وغير ناشفة .. اما البطاطس لودد أعجبني توازن الجبن مع الهلابينو وقطع اللحم الصغيرة .. مساحة المطعم جميلة ولا يحتاج حجز ولكن متفائل لهم في الأيام القادمة بإزدحام المكان بالزبائن لمستواهم فوق العادي في النكهات المقدمة وحسن الاستقبال .. بدون تردد نعم أعود للمطعم مرة أخرى وأكرر التجربة فهم يستحقون .. بالتوفيق لهم. Chef grec qui prête attention aux moindres détails avec son accueil chaleureux et son écoute des clients, ainsi que leur expliquant certains des composants des repas qui leur sont fournis Et comment il se soucie et fait attention à chaque commande afin que le client l'expérience est inoubliable dans ce restaurant.. Il se distingue par son décor africain simple et doux et ses couleurs calmes et confortables.. Ma demande était : Salade César, Burger de bœuf Signature et Frites chargées. La salade se distinguait par l'ajout de petits morceaux de bacon délicieux et une saveur distinctive de la sauce César et le merveilleux mélange du chef. la viande doit être douce et non sèche.. Quant aux pommes de terre, j'ai aimé l'équilibre du fromage avec des jalapenos et des petits morceaux de viande.. L'espace du restaurant est agréable et non Il a besoin d'une réservation, mais il est optimiste pour eux en les jours à venir que l'endroit sera bondé de clients pour leur niveau au dessus de la moyenne dans les saveurs fournies et le bon accueil.. I recently had the pleasure of dining at OG Burger, and it was an experience worth sharing. The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was flavorful, well-presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. From the appetizers to the main course, everything was cooked to perfection.

The service was also good; the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance was inviting, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions.
