Worst experience and customer service ever. After 3 hours that is the result of a supposed BIAB extension.

They assigned me an untrained technician, to the point that she cant shape nails. I asked for square short nails and I was left with my nails all looking weird and bulky.

Everything was wrong, the gel application was thick and the sculpting was unbalanced, the shaping/filing was incorrect and the nail prep was improper to the point that my cuticles were swollen and injured.

When I raised a complaint the management didn’t handle the matter properly and their response was inadequate. My waisted time was not compensated.

Perfect atmosphere and service, super clean and cozy, the receptionist is so professional and sweet, same goes for the technicians, everything is perfect expect that I think their technicians need to be exposed more to new techniques and knowledge related to nails, the only downfall was that my technicians didn’t know how to remove my biab extended tip, she kept thinking it’s an extension and cutting my natural nails shorter and mistaking them for extensions instead of my real nails, but other than that, everything was perfect,...

First i would like to thank the girl who was setting in reception desk she’s very kind and polite like I’ve never seen before

But the employee ( ROSE) must be nice and smile accepting of customers feedback because i saw her other way when i went back to fix my nails which didn’t complete 4 days like i used to in other salons, she wanted me to put a new Jel extension even though it was the second time to had a retouch!!!
