My recent visit to Shrimp Zone Al Khobar was deeply unsatisfactory. The primary issue was the unjustifiable pricing; the portions provided were far too small to warrant the high costs. Additionally, the quality of the seafood was subpar. We were particularly let down by the lobster, which was not only absent but the alternatives offered were neither fresh nor flavorful, being overly sour and salty.

Service was another area where the restaurant failed to impress. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, our orders were served with significant delays. Such slow service, especially for straightforward orders, added to our frustration.

I visited this restaurant on October 3rd and had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no host or staff to seat us, so we had to find a table ourselves. It took around 15 minutes for anyone to take our order, and the food took quite a long time to arrive. Even then, it was served without the drinks we had ordered. we had to ask for them ourselves about 10 minutes later.

The worst part was discovering that my corn had already been eaten when it was served! I had finished half of my shrimp before noticing this. It was extremely concerning, especially since there was a nearby table full of leftovers, which made the situation even more suspicious.
