visited to reserve a table one day before of my daughter's birthday but felt quite ignorance at the time of entrance but anyhow i like the atmosphere so i reserved for next day, however they has taken my reservation but not updated in their system as i faced difficulty at the time of arrival together with my family, cake and some decoration stuff. at the time of arrival one associate from Philippines (missed to note his name) was too rude and was not even willing to take us inside as he said you don't have reservation and we cannot make any decoration for you, i was too upset and disappointed but at the same time #Emon interfered in conversation and took a lead, escorted us to the selected table and realized us that we are being valuable, he assisted us to make decorations and called #Abdul_Hakim to help me for all the things what i am expecting to do. i feel quite relaxed and #Emon was keep coming to us and attended our table personally. we ordered food which was delicious specially the Caesar salad was amazing as i felt the taste same as i had in Dubai, pasta was too creamy but quantity was good to eat, grills was very good and juicy as well as appetizer also was tasty, overall food was very good but the avocado chocolate was too sweet as compare to avocado shake, their special pineapple juice served in whole pineapple itself was too fresh and strawberry smoothy also was different which gives good taste during drink. view and atmosphere is amazing and i recommend to visit once at least and for sure will visit again. since overall experience go great at the end so i avoid the treatment what i have faced the time of arrival or pre arrival. hope management will look into this and will cover the gap as after a while i found them quite good but being the hospitality server cannot be that kind of. and also thanks to Mr. Manager (Missed to note his name) for you professionalism and your attention as i have seen him as well quite professional. why i have note all that because i am also belongs to the hospitality sine 15 years so i also learn from my personal experience to avoid such kind of things in order to realize our guests that they are more than valuable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant when i was in Jeddah. On my first visit, I sat down, ordered shisha and dinner, and everything seemed fine. However, just two days later, I returned, only to be rudely confronted by the manager, Sayer , about a “minimum spend policy.” He claimed it had been in place for 9 months, which is completely false since I was just there earlier without any mention of it !

What’s worse, his attitude was unprofessional, When I pointed out the inconsistency and said I’d write a bad review, he had the audacity to tell me, “Don’t threaten me” instead of trying to fix the situation. This behavior is unacceptable from someone representing a business. This kind of inconsistent policy enforcement and poor customer treatment is unacceptable. If there is a minimum spend, it should be clearly communicated to customers upfront, not invented or enforced.

I would not recommend this place to anyone who values transparency or respect. They need to get their act together and stop treating...

I recently visited this rooftop restaurant with my parents and was shocked by the lack of consistency and poor treatment we received. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that there was a mandatory 150 per person charge just to enter, a fee that was never mentioned during our previous visit with my husband only two days ago. It felt as if our appearance or the day itself made a difference, suggesting that the staff judges customers based on their outfit or other factors.

The manager’s attitude was nothing short of dismissive—speaking to us in a dry, curt manner and showing no hospitality whatsoever. It was 11:30 PM and there was no live music or any form of entertainment to justify such a high charge.

When we decided to leave, the manager didn’t even spare a glance in our direction—he simply walked away. This level of inconsistency and disrespect, especially after a pleasant experience just days prior, is unacceptable.
