Chef Razan personally prepared her a special egg-free pancake breakfast. It wasn’t just any breakfast—it was perfectly fluffy, delicious, and made with such care that it made my daughter feel at home do to all her allergies!

Chef Razan went above and beyond in a way that reflects the true heart of hospitality. She didn’t have to do it—but she did, and with such warmth and kindness. Manager Abdullah was equally thoughtful, checking in on us throughout our stay and making sure we felt completely at home. James Aquino was so attentive and constantly making sure we have everything we need! Chef Tareq and manager Ahmed were also incredible!!! Amazing team all around.

I just ate in the lunch buffet. I was expecting a professional service and a more delicious and more dishes..

We asked the garson more than 11 times for silverware, plates, Ice and napkins. While they supposed to be trained to do it without asking each time.. because it is a 5 star hotel restaurant

Also, the music is great but very loud, you want to create an atmosphere not an ear problem...

I will re-visit this restaurant only if I hear that they improve the service and...

The food is really good and they have good variety, even vegans and vegetarians can pick and choose some options that suit their diet. The obvious problem is the staff. The waiters are lost, seems as if they don't hand dedicated tables, they take forever to come back to you with drinks... etc. The toddlers high chairs require serious cleaning or just exchanging them with new ones all together.
