Sapphire Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Makkah Region

As like same day felt more hungry , and checked up for some restaurant & and finaly my collegue suggested SAPPHIRE RESTAURANT SHARAFFIYA , unlikely i had the ever bad moment , its too unacceptable to eat something that doesnt have any value for money. We just ordered two Biriyani but the serving staff suggested a special offer biriyani , obiviously we thought special offer will be special taste but unlikely that was the most disgusting food i had ever . Even the peices of meat was just like a peice of stone , we ordered beef and i think they have mistaken and gave us rihno 😂 Anyway offers are good but try to check the quality of the offer...

This restaurant was good long ago. But now its the worst. I found the table mostly dirty. Can't place your hand over it. At floor near your legs you will feel food spills and bones. The servers are busy talking to each others and their friends instead of attending the customers. Their attitude is as if they are serving us for free. Most of them are arrogant. The quality of food was good long before. But now its tasteless. Recently I ordered fish biriyani. It was so much salty that I couldn't eat it. I used to visit here with my family. But now decided never to visit. Still people visit here because of low price. I definitely don't recommend...

It’s like one stop destination.. One star ⭐️ less coz They all of a sudden started serving chicken 65 with bone.. which is worse.. Who serves or makes chkn 65 with bone.. 🙄 Else 🙂 want laccha/Kerala parathas, we come here.. chicken Jaipuri & beef sukka always my fav, chilli chicken kids fav.. sometimes Dosa /ghee roast.. Chicken/mutton Biryani yumm..
